President Joe Biden and other world leaders spoke at the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly at U.N. headquarters in New York City on Tuesday. This marked Biden's final General Assembly speech, after he decided to drop out of the presidential election. A high-level security council meeting in relation to the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine also occurred.
